Love vs. Career: I'm not an Independent woman I'm Interdependent
Back in the late who knows what, men went to work and provided for their family, while, the wife took care of the home and children. Have you ever wondered how many of those women would have loved to be apart of society? But now that we have the chance are we giving everything else up for a chance to prove something to that same society?
Now a days women are fighting the question whether they want to settle for Love and hope that everything else will follow or continue on the one path to prove to society that women as well as men can have a success career.
Love: A deep feeling of attachment and affection towards a special person. Love can give you something that a career cant___Pause____. Well romance of course, the truth is true love is so hard to find that leaving such a great attachment behind for things such as work, and nightlife is extremely ridiculous. I mean think about if you dont have a well spoken relationship in which you feel you can't be alone at times maybe what your feeling is lust ( but thats another topic).
Career: On the other hand we have the satisfaction of knowing that your a woman and your on the way to the top. Thats an amazing feeling but everyone has a support team and if you so happen to come down that same support team will be the one pushing you back up. I understand that for a woman having a successful career is a self satisfaction and I also understand how it would be ridiculous for any one to leave their career for love. Who's heard of such thing ?!?!
Confused?!? Vero what are you saying woman ?!?
What I'm trying to say is:
Why should you have to give up either or ?!?
There's no reason why you would have to choose between 2 different aspects of your life in which both can make you so greatly happy when balanced correctly.
I questioned myself about this same topic and as I was writing I came to realize the more I surround myself with positive influences the more creative I can be. I believe a real woman can be a wife, a mother, a freak, beautiful in and out and still have a successful career. If you feel that you can't handle it then maybe you need to ask yourself " Who are you really?"
I'll leave you with this thought, If it ever came to a real decision in which you feel you don't know what to do. Just think about your future , do you really want to wake up at 50 near retirement and alone?
Money does not equal happiness only self- satisfaction does.

I'm Finally Free
Sorry, Champs Sports in the Sawgrass Mills Mall.
You have just been nominated as one of the worst
stores to work for, the reasons include but not limited
to:
1_ The General Manager is a sick man
2_ One part-time employee works harder
in one day then their management team
works in a week.
3_ Part-timers doing management jobs??? Seriously!!
4_ Employees can't take a full 30 min lunch breaks
without being harassed ???? Really!!!
Opinions about Champs Sports from former employees:
My opinion:
I was working for Champs Sports on and off from 2006 to
2010. I admired the store manager to a degree of loyalty.
I worked long hours and did extra work because I respected him.
He used me along with many others to his advantage. He's not a
influential business man and his not respected on a personal level.
I've seen home-wreckers, district managers that unmotivate employees,
greedy managers, I've seen hard working managers thrown in the back burner
and worst I've seen managers give false hope to the smaller people.
The one positive outcome of working in such a negative environment were
the hard working people that I met that later on became my world.
Erika:
"There is a thin line between love and hate. I chose the job because it
was what I loved most and I took a lot of shit in the name of love but
eventually I couldn't take it anymore so I left. If I had to live the
experience all over again I definitely would and I enjoyed most of my
time there. But progress is more important than process.
After a while the people I was close to kept me there more than the
store or the sneakers did."
Krys:
"Never in my existence have I worked for a company as unprofessional
as that one. If there's one good thing that came out of being there,
it would be the fact that I learned to deal with life's idiots."
Footlocker Inc.
Currently Footlocker inc. employees about 38,764 employees
and they are also one of the leading athletic stores around the
world. We need these jobs so, with that being said .....
Ken C. Hicks please save this store and it's district 563!!!!

Who am I ?
Who am I?
For the most part, many struggle with such question, I myself use to ask myself this same question constantly. It's a very frustrating situation when at the end of it all you have no idea who you are. Many may follow a trend and think they know themselves or have an idea.
At one point in my life I thought I knew who I was, but I really had no idea. I became the voice of everyone but myself, not in a good way but meaning that my choices and opinions were based on other peoples perspective.I took what everyone wanted me to think and I became this big mess, in which all my decisions were made on others opinions. I was so tired of listening to everyone but myself. I then asked myself...Who am I?
Why I decided to blog you ask?
In the process of finding myself (in which everyday I learn more & more about who I really am) I've come to question many things about my surroundings and about the world itself. So, I thought to myself why not blog about my opinions, interest and concerns, while at the same time get feedback. Sometimes it's important to know what others think because they might have a whole different way of looking at things.
Quote:
"I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best."
